Estate claims are paid periodically without going through the bankruptcy procedure and are paid before bankruptcy claims (Article 475 and Article 476 of the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act). The bankruptcy trustee submits an application for the approval of estate claims (Article 492, Paragraph 13 of the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act) and an application for the return of deposited funds to the court. After receiving approval from the court, the trustee presents a copy of the approval document at the location where the deposited funds are held and withdraws the funds to pay the estate claims.
Distribution Procedure
Distribution is the procedure where the bankruptcy trustee liquidates the assets of the bankruptcy estate and distributes the resulting funds to bankruptcy creditors in equal proportions according to the rank and amount of their claims (Article 505 and following articles of the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act).
Stages of Distribution
Generally, after the creditor investigation is completed and it becomes clear that the assets of the bankruptcy estate have been largely liquidated and all estate claims can be fully paid, an interim distribution is made. Once the liquidation of the bankruptcy estate’s assets is complete, a final distribution is made, assuming bankruptcy termination. If substantial assets arise after the final distribution notice has been sent, a supplementary distribution is made.

The distribution procedure goes through several steps, including: "Application for distribution approval -> Court’s distribution approval -> Preparation and submission of the distribution table -> Distribution announcement -> Correction of the distribution table -> Expiration of the exclusion period for distribution -> Expiration of the objection period for the distribution table -> Distribution notice -> Approval of return of deposited funds -> Implementation of distribution."
